SOBHD regulations state a circular skirt, but for children that are still growing, sometimes a circular skirt is not practical since no hem allowance can be left. A gathered skirt may be substituted for a circular skirt if requested.
Child size for anyone over 5′ tall and/or chest over 34″. Fitted top with contour seams.
