If you are unsure of item sizing, please contact us prior to placing your order, we would be happy to assist you in finding the right size.  

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility except in the event of a defective product or if the customer receives an item different from the original order.  

Full refund (less shipping charge) if returned within 30 days.  Returns after 30 days will be accepted as store credit or exchange.  Items must be unworn with original tags/packaging.

CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDER POLICY

PAYMENTS

  • No refunds on Custom and/or Special order items.
  • Custom/Special order items cannot be cancelled once item/fabric has been ordered and/or work has begun.

Orders under $100: Full payment required at time of order

Orders $100 and over:

  • 50% non-refundable deposit is required
  • Once the order is completed, the customer will be notified via email and/or phone.  Customer must make arrangements to pay balance within 2 days.  Unless informed otherwise, the above credit card will be charge, including a shipping charge, and the item will be mailed to the customer.
  • If customer supplies a credit card that is no longer valid when the item is complete, customer will be charged a 1.5% finance charge per month until the item is paid in full.
  • Any items not paid for and picked up within 3 months of completion will become part of our inventory and may be sold.

SIZING

  • Items are made according to measurements taken or received from customers.  Celtic Corner will not be held responsible if customer provides incorrect measurements.
  • Celtic Corner will make adjustments to items  within 30 days of receipt if items have not been made according to the measurements taken/received.  All other alterations needed are at customer’s expense.
  • If customer changes size between measuring and final fitting, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any alterations.
